Repair Policy

In the unlikely event that your piece breaks or needs a restring, we do offer repairs! The first 90 days are on us—given that you have a majority of your beads and stones.

Repairs/re-strings start at $20 per bracelet, with pricing increasing depending on how many beads or gemstones need replacement. For Necklaces, the repair cost is $25. We do not repair rings.  

Once we receive your piece(s), we’ll email you an invoice. As soon as your payment is processed, we’ll begin the repair. 

If your pieces were purchased over four years ago, we’re happy to review your request on a case-by-case basis, but we typically do not accept repairs purchased over 4 years. If your piece was purchased years ago, is missing gemstones or a significant amount of beads, we may consider it beyond repair. In this case, we will politely request the piece to be shipped back to you. 

Please contact us at info@karenlazardesign.com with your name and order number to initiate the repair process. Please note that authorized repairs / restrings may take a minimum of 2-4 weeks to complete.
